Rules for all Staff and Pilots
Although we pride ourselves in being laid back, there of course is a set of rules that all of our staff and pilots must adhere to.
1) Pilots, we expect you to have a basic knowledge of how to properly fly a plane on Infinite Flight and communicate with ATC. If you feel you are lacking in any or all of those areas, you may schedule a 1-on-1 training appointment with one of our Executive Staff!
2) While flying for us, you are to follow the rules of the server you are on, and obey ATC at all times.
3) You are to follow any decisions given by a staff member higher than you.
4) If you feel that any decision made by a staff member is unjust, you have the right to challenge it. Please do it privately, we do not want our thread/slack channel being spammed.
5) Executive staff - You have the power to implement any rules/changes in your sector of management, however it is requested that you let RTG113 know beforehand. An example would be that you are the social media manager requesting to create a Twitter page for our airline. You have the power to do so, just let RTG113 know beforehand.
6) Here at Infinite Airways, we have absolutely NO tolerance for bullying or disrespect. If you feel you have been disrespected by any member of the VA (staff or pilot), please send proof along to RTG113 and he will swiftly deal with it. If the incident occurs on the IFC, you are encouraged to report it to a forum moderator as well. We want everyone to feel welcome at our VA, regardless of gender, race, religion, and anything else that makes you unique.
7) Every pilot is required to fly at least 40 minutes a week, and take a screenshot of their flight path of LiveFlight.com, along with the duration and aircraft used, and post it in the "flight logs" channel of our Slack page. If the person fails to either send it or does send it but their flight time is less than 40 minutes, the person shall gain 1 strike. 3 strikes and the person is kicked off the airline. However, exceptions can be made for illness, vacation, or a personal issue. Strikes reset at the start of every January, April, July, and October.
8) If you have been kicked out of the VA, you have the right to appeal. Any appeals should be sent to RTG113 via forum PM.
Thank you for taking the time to go over these rules, let's make this a great VA for everyone.
